Teen Printmaking Classes

6803 Beginner/Intermediate Printmaking (ages 13–17)

Tuesdays, 4–6 PM
This class will explore the different techniques of printmaking, on and off the press. Students will learn a variety of processes such as monotype, linoleum carving, dry-point etching, and collagraph printing on the press. Class time will include demonstrations, one-on-one work with the instructor, group discussions, and open press time to create a new body of work, or to experiment with new techniques. Some materials provided. Additional supplies to be discussed during the first class.
