The Visual Arts Center of New Jersey’s Studio School, located in Summit, NJ, offers classes and workshops for artists of all ages and skill levels. Taught by experienced teaching artists, our programs span painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, photography, and more—providing a supportive environment for learning, exploration, and creative growth.

Winter Break Workshops for Kids

Give the kid or tween in your life the gift of creativity this winter season! In each session, young artists will learn a variety of art techniques while creating fun winter–themed projects. All art supplies are included. Each day features an AM session and a PM session. Young artists who enroll in both sessions on the same day can bring a bagged lunch to eat in–between sessions.
