4915 Mixed Media Collage Intensive

Wednesdays, 9:30 AM–12 PM
Use all your artistic abilities and skills to create an 18×18-inch mixed media collage while learning about color, design, pattern, drawing, watercolor, and more. Topics will include: creating a template; basic drawing, watercolor and collage techniques; creating and deconstructing patterns; asymmetrical balance; extending the color palette; proper gluing; and varnishing. Demonstrations of materials and techniques will help guide students through their artistic process and creative journey. Some materials provided.
5 sessions: 4/6–5/11 (no class on 4/13)
