Felted Art: Needle Felting in 2D & 3D

Overhead view of two hands working on a needle-felted fox figurine — one hand holds the small amber-colored fox while the other guides a yellow-handled felting needle into its body. Multicolored balls of wool roving are scattered to the left, and felting tools including needles, clips, and accessories are arranged on a tan foam mat to the right.

Dive in hands first! In Felted Art: Needle Felting in 2D & 3D, instructor Martha McDonald will guide you through this wonderfully hands-on fiber technique—creating vivid landscapes, abstract works, and sculptural 3D pieces from colorful wool. Layer colors, add details, incorporate found objects, and bring your own ideas to life. All skill levels welcome.
