Join us for a virtual night of conversation as curator Edwin Ramoran speaks with Gallery Aferro founders Evonne Davis and Emma Wilcox about the indelible mark Gallery Aferro has left on the New Jersey arts community and the artists that have worked within its walls.
Edwin Ramoran is an independent curator who has significantly contributed to the Newark arts scene as the previous Director of Exhibitions and Programs at Aljira.
Evonne Davis and Emma Wilcox are co-founders of Gallery Aferro, who have together developed hundreds of exhibitions, residencies, education programs, public art initiatives, and publications.
