Artists’ Statement:

Formed in 2006, the Contemporary Art Group (CAG) is a non-profit group comprised of local artists who work in various mediums and styles.  The artists meet regularly and exhibit artwork together in group shows in galleries and art venues in New Jersey.

The show’s theme came to be during a pandemic Zoom meeting, when members talked about the joy gained from creating art during a dark time.
