Open Studio

Open Studio is an opportunity for students to continue their practice in fully-equipped art studios. To participate in Open Studio, students will need to register for the specific day/time they are attending. This can be done in advance online or over the phone. Same-day registrations will be available only if capacity allows.

Fall 2025 Open Studios

To participate in Open Studios, students need to register for the specific day and time they are attending. This can be done in advance online or over the phone. Day-of registration will only be available if capacity allows, so students are highly encouraged to register in advance.

Open Studio registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable in the case of student absence.

Open Jewelry: $25 per session

• Tuesdays, 3:30–6 PM, 9/30–12/2

Open Etching: $25 per session
NOTE: Open Etching is only available to students enrolled in Russ Spitkovsky’s Etching in Color and Black & White class

• Thursdays, 12:30–3 PM, 9/25–12/4 (no meeting 11/27)

Open Ceramics: $25 per session
NOTE: Open Ceramics Studio is only available to students enrolled in a Fall 2025 ceramics class or workshop

• Fridays, 9:30 AM–12 PM, 9/23–12/5 (no meeting 10/24, 11/28)

Open Painting & Drawing: $15 per session

8377 Metal Clay Open Studio (Intermediate/Advanced)
Do you have unfished pieces and need a little guidance for a project you are working on? Then, register for this metal clay open studio for intermediate/advanced students! Students will have the opportunity to work on their personal project with the help of an instructor present, Kelly Green Grady. This open studio is made for metal clay enthusiasts who already have a project they are working on (metal clay will not be provided during this open studio) and have experience working in this medium. Please note open studio is on a first come, first serve basis and there are a limited number of seats available. It is strongly recommended that students register for open studio in advanced.
