5221 Printmaking Basics

Tuesdays, 4–8 PM
This class is a fast-moving exploration of monoprinting, relief, and intaglio processes. Through the demonstration and practice of these techniques, artists will understand the basics of printmaking and professional printmaking practices—as well as prepare them for intermediate workshops, courses, and classes. Projects will include suites of prints and editioning practices. All artists will benefit from both guided instruction and the use of studio time to delve deeply into processes.
