Teachers’ Symposium: The Phoenix Workshop with Duane Lutsko

The Visual Arts Center of New Jersey is offering two separate Teachers’ Symposia on Friday, March 31, and Saturday, April 1, titled The Phoenix Workshop with Duane Lutsko. The symposium is a drawing, painting, and multimedia materials-based workshop led by teaching artist Duane Lutsko and includes an extensive tour of the Art Center’s current exhibitions and a brief presentation by Lutsko on his own practice.

Art Center Teachers’ Symposia offer unique professional development opportunities for art educators to come together and learn new creative skills to bring back to their classrooms. Registration is $75 and includes a light breakfast and all materials. This program provides five professional development hours upon completion.
