SUMMARY:Self-Expression Through Art: A Series for Teens
DESCRIPTION:Life can be filled with overwhelming feelings\, stress\, and uncertainty\, especially as a teen. Join us for a teen art therapy group where participants will have a safe\, comfortable space to work with art materials and mixed media to gain a greater understanding of themselves and their emotions\, develop effective coping skills\, reduce feelings of anxiety and stress\, and create connections with other teens. This group will be facilitated by a licensed professional art therapist who will provide directives week-to-week based on these goals\, as well as a warm\, supportive space to process and create openly. \nThis series will run weekly on Mondays from 2/24/2025 to 3/24/2025 for a cost of $50.
