Viva Art! 75th Anniversary Gala

75 YEARS OF “BRINGING ART AND PEOPLE TOGETHER”

Join the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey in celebrating 75 years of success in “bringing art and people together.” On April 4, 2008 Art Center will come together for Viva Art!, the Art Center’s 75th Anniversary Gala. Viva Art! will take place on at the Park Avenue Club in Florham Park, NJ and will honor and celebrate those who have played a significant role in the development of the Art Center as well as raise funds to support the Art Center’s Community Outreach Programs. The gala will include awards for corporate and individual supporters, a silent auction, tribute journal and live entertainment. Leading this event are Co-Chairs and Trustees Yvonne Lalonde and Nancy Y. Taylor.

Viva Art! will be a statewide event that reflects the Art Center’s role in bringing art and people together while focusing attention on the Art Center’s vital Community Outreach Programs. Proceeds from Viva Art! will support all aspects of the Art Center, including these vital programs for underserved, economically disadvantaged, and/or marginalized audiences who might not otherwise have access to arts enrichment programs.
