Welcome to the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey. Please read our policies carefully before registering for Summer Programs. Enjoy your art experience!

Registration: The Art Center offers four methods of registration: online, in person, by fax, and by standard mail. REGISTRATION BY PHONE IS NOT ACCEPTED FOR ANY PROGRAM.

Student Behavior: The Visual Arts Center of New Jersey reserves the right to dismiss any student for inappropriate behavior.

Payment Procedures: Each session must be paid in full at the time of registration. A $25 fee will be assessed for any returned check.

Refund Policy: Refunds for canceled camp/portfolio sessions will be handled in the following manner
Cancellation 14 days or more before the session begins: 80% refund
Cancellation 7 – 13 days before the session begins: 60% refund
Cancellation 3 – 6 days before the session begins: 40% refund
Cancellation 0 – 2 days before the session begins: No refund

Photographs: The Art Center will occasionally document programs using photography or video for promotional purposes only. If you do not wish you child to be photographed, please notify the Art Center in writing.
