Enter the creative world of amazing mosaics! Learn the details of this beautiful art as you design, cut, glue and grout vitreous glass tiles to create your own custom 8” x 10” mosaic art ready for framing. Various mosaic techniques and materials will be reviewed and demonstrated including Picasiette (broken plate method). All materials included.

Featured Workshop Related to Winter Textility Exhibition
This one-day workshop will introduce students to a variety textile design techniques, including: vat dying, stamping, discharge and silk screening. Learn how to make your own tools for creating unique, hand dyed and printed fabrics. A sample project is creating a personalized silk scarf. All silk and cotton fabric included in the materials fee.
