Learn the art of making objects from fired clay in a variety of classes, from the basics of wheel-thrown pottery to glazing techniques.

Summer Semester begins July 15.
Early Registration Discount: Register by June 2 to receive a $5 DISCOUNT on class tuition.
On-Time Registration: June 3 - July 7
Late Registration: Beginning July 8 a $10 LATE FEE will be applied to class tuition.


ATTENTION MEMBERS: If you joined or renewed your Membership by phone, mail or in person, you will need to activate your Online Membership with the Art Center to receive the Member Discount on classes. Immerse yourself in throwing pottery on the wheel. Learn all the steps needed to create and finish beautiful wheel-thrown pottery, including glazing techniques. Acquire the skills to make vases, bowls and plates. Various surface decorating techniques will also be explored. Particular emphasis is on the successful integration of form and function.
