If you are looking for a soft-spoken, conservative environment, this is not the class for you. Each week we will explore and experiment with a different medium or tool as we journey through drawing, painting, ceramics and sculpture. All materials included.

A smaller class size offers students an opportunity for more one-on-one student and instructor interaction. The focus of this class will be on discussing and completing individual projects. All levels are welcome as the instruction is very personalized. The class will cover techniques for creating jewelry using wax carving construction methods. Wax allows the artist to create very fluid, intricate and sculpturally exciting work. Once the model is completed, it will be cast into silver or gold. You may also mold it to create multiples. Depending on the design, the piece will be finished by soldering, setting and polishing.
